Congratulations to my PhD student Chenhao Ma for joining the School of Data Science of CUHK-Shenzhen as an assistant professor. The main work of Chenhao’s study is about query algorithms for billion-node-scale graph databases. His work in densest subgraph discovery won the 2021 ACM SIGMOD Research Highlight Award.
